To me, a ‘‘Süfi’’ is firstly four letters of the Roman alphabet.
‘‘Four’’ therefore means knowing how to count from one to four.
One, Two, Three, Four.
More on that later, God Willing.
A Süfi is therefore any number from 1 to 4.
Does that mean that Adam, the first man created by God, was a Süfi?
If so, then was Hawã (Eve) a Süfia?
And where is Tarek, Daze, and Creeper? @Scout ?
Regardless,
Sufi

Annoyed or pi$$ed off
“Sufi” is one of the sects under the organized religion that calls itself “Islam”.
The word “Muslim” means “one who is true in faith” or simply “faithful”. That means being faithful to and obeying Allah/God, NOT men.
If you are a Sunni, Shia, Sufi, Wahhabi, Salafi, Takfiri, or member of any other sect, Allah says you are NOT a Muslim, but are Kafir – Infidels/Unfaithful.
Proof from the Holy Koran/Quran to avoid ALL sects?
Sura 6:159 As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou must have nothing whatsoever to do with it, even in the least: their affair is with “I AM”: in the end He will tell them the truth of all that they did.
Sura 11:17 Can they be (like) those who accept a Clear (Sign) from their Lord, and whom a witness from Himself doth teach, as did the Book of Moses (the Torah) before it,- a guide and a mercy? They believe therein but those of the Sects that reject it,- the Fire will be their promised meeting-place. Be not then in doubt thereon: for it is the Truth from thy Lord: yet many among men do not believe!
Sura 23:52 And verily this Brotherhood of yours is a single Brotherhood, and I am your Lord and Cherisher: therefore fear Me (and no other).
23:53 But people have cut off their affair (of Unity), between them, into sects: each party rejoices in that which is with itself.
Sura 3:103 And hold fast, all together, by the rope which God (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; and remember with gratitude God’s favour on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the Pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth God make His Signs clear to you: that ye may be guided.
3:104 Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting all to that which is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: they are the ones to attain joy.
3:105 Be NOT like those who are divided amongst themselves and fall into disputations after receiving Clear Signs: for them is a dreadful Penalty,-
A Sufi is a member of any of various spiritual orders within Islam characterized by asceticism and mysticism, and an emphasis on direct personal experience of God.
Asceticism is severe self-discipline and avoiding of all forms of indulgence, typically for religious reasons.
Mysticism is belief that union with or absorption into remembrance of the Deity or The Absolute, or the spiritual apprehension of knowledge inaccessible to the intellect, may be attained through contemplation and self-surrender.
“Sufi wool”
refers to the woolen garments worn by early Sufis, a term likely derived from the Arabic word “𝑠𝑢𝑓” for wool. These simple wool clothes symbolized the ascetic and mystical practitioners’ renunciation of worldly luxuries and their devotion to a life of poverty and spiritual purity. The practice was not unique to Sufis but became an enduring symbol of the movement, though the term “Sufi” now refers more broadly to Islamic mysticism than specifically to the clothing.
A Sufi is a person.
A Sufi is the result of a relationship between a cause and its effect.
The cause can be known as the father while the effect can be known as the mother.
And then a future effect becomes known as the Sufi whilst the mother becomes known as the future cause…

Sura 23:52 therefore fear Me
“Taqwa” is not “fear”. It’s bad to simplify the words of the Quran when translating them.
