I remember watching Saw X in the cinema with my cousin and sister.I was feeling okay during the movie but near to the end I got a panic attack the scene had a kid and a lot of blood.This was the first time I got panic attack while watching a movie I still remember it till to this day. I was stuck in my place and I couldnt move even when I came home I was still in that mindset.After that my sister promised herself that she will never take me to horror movies again lol

Also, so many movies these days have mutterings or whisperings in the background, which I believe are spells and incantations in latin or indistinguishable languages that are being spoken over the audience.
