Music Industry Fakes

This doesn’t really make sense. There are probably tens of thousands of young men and women in the USA/Europe who can sing AND dance and want to become famous. Wouldn’t it be easier to just choose someone who can do both? Why would they choose a person who can’t sing and go through all the trouble to make it appear as though he/she actually can?

Even if we look at it from a strictly financial point of view. Hire one person who can sing and has the looks and pay one salary… or hire a good-looking person to lip sync and then hire someone else to do the actual singing? Now you have to pay both the faker and the ghost singer. What’s the point?

Speaking of fakes, a lot of old songs are being “remastered” and they sound bloody awful, all tinny and squeaky…..Tip- record some of the true originals from youtube for posterity before the remaster merchants get their hands on them..
