I’d be inclined to dismiss the cradle (israel hayom) report as being the less trustworthy of the two. However, i can’t find any denials from the UK or Jordan. Which makes me think that it is the UAE denial that’s untrustworthy. It’s all so confusing, which is probably the goal.
