Instead of messing up other threads I thought I’d just focus on the symbology here. Innana/Ishtar is an ancient Sumerian Babylonian goddess connected to Venus. Isis later was also considered connected later on to Isis/Ishtar and the planet Venus, not only that but Lilith is also considered connected to Isis/Ishtar, either as her handmaiden, or the dark aspect of Ishtar. Further on as Christianity emerged, Lucifer also became connected to Venus. Which is why I found interesting when the Vatican released it’s mascot:
Lilith was the antagonist in both Diablo 4 and Marvel’s Midnight Sons, both released in a close timeline to each other. Midnight Sons released 12-2-22 for next-gen and 5-11-23 on Xbox One/PS4. Diablo 4 was released on 6-6-23. So it was a nonstop period of time for Lilith in the sphere. The bottom pic is apparently from a Marvel card game listing her power set.
It seems to be a combination thing. Venus and the Moon both represent the feminine. With one or the other seemingly taking the spotlight at any one moment.
Interestingly Sailor Venus is the only one in the show that doesn’t follow the strict astrological symbols and has a heart, representing the uterus, in her symbol.
When we hear about the goddess Ashera (or Ashera - אשרה) also known as “Astarte or Ashtaroth”, by the Babylonians “Ishtar” and by the Sumerians “Inanna”. Others say that it is also the same goddess Aphrodite and Isis. All recognized with the archetype of “mother goddess”, “queen of heaven”.
