IMO, it’s partially about power and the disgusting thrill they get and partially due to demonic influence. Justin Bieber was a vulnerable, naive child with talent whom Diddy had nearly unlimited access to. Diddy probably loved the power he had over Justin, and wanted to break him down over time.
Here’s a video about those allegations you mentioned. There’s no footage of Bieber straight up saying this, mostly hearsay, but there’s likely some truth to it. (I say that because it seems that this has been scrubbed from the Internet and Rumble is the only source I can find for these allegations.)

I learned extensively about Graham starting in 2008. I worked with Luis Palou (International Preacher) son Andrew in Myrtle Beach for a Teen Christian Beach Event. I learned around 2010 what Billy did to Luis and young girls. My grandma used to listen to him. I always found him strange as a child. As an adult my discernment was on point.
