Kind of the point of my topic (or at least maybe now I’m thinking back on it) is at what point does the symbolism start?
Something I’m fascinated about with all of this symbolism in our culture, is how it happens logistically, I enjoyed reading in the Questions to VC thread when someone asked if the photographer asks the celebrities to do the one eye stuff, and VC I believe said that yes this can be the case, the celebrity may just be asked to do it by some photographer.
But I guess that leaves the question of how invested the photographer is in this, are they consciously aware of what they’re doing, and I guess I wonder, with all the orchestrated symbolism in media, how does nobody really speak out about it?
I’ve seen podcasts with ex Satanists and stuff, and the effort that goes in to making a music video, photoshoot, or an entire film, we’re talking many many people at the center who must have some idea why this symbolism is a necessity.
But another thought enters my mind, that maybe they aren’t even quite aware of it, and maybe these aren’t the type of beings that can be reformed and speak on podcasts as ex Satanists.
That instead they act as a hivemind, and something we humans can’t really understand, the demonic forces work through them, it’s not something that requires conscious thought. The messages they spread work through other human entities around them, corrupting them in ways they don’t even understand, but they merely think it’s artistic expression.
