You wont really learn a lot from the links but a look into Irish history (800 years of occupation) can teach a lot about the evil methods of occupation and the resistance that grows from that evil. The most interesting periods imo are 1916, 1919-1922 and 1969-1997/8. The Provos did a lot of evil themselves in the 69-97 period. That whole period was just senseless carnage on both sides.

Israeli drone strike kills Mohammed Wishah, a correspondent for Al Jazeera Mubasher, west of Gaza City.
Al Jazeera journalist Mohammed Wishah has been killed in an Israeli drone strike in the Gaza Strip.
Wishah, a correspondent in Gaza for Al Jazeera Mubasher, was killed on Wednesday after the attack hit a car he was travelling in on al-Rashid Street, the coastal road that runs west of Gaza City.
The air strike caused the car to burst into flames, sources told Al Jazeera.
Israel has been targeting journalists in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of its genocidal war against Palestinians in Gaza in October 2023.
The Gaza Government Media Office says at least 262 journalists have been killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza since then.

In retrospect, arranging to interview Francesca Albanese in a cafe was not the best plan. Before we could start, the waitress wanted a photo with the Italian human rights lawyer. So did the cashier. Then the cook came out of the kitchen in his whites for a group photo. Some of the customers wanted their turn. Albanese was gracious with all comers and chatty in three languages, so the process took some time.
