So today I decided to take a look at Grande’s Instagram account and noticed a very obvious pattern: in every single one of the photos uploaded in the last year or two she has this look of a confused child. There isn’t a single photo of her from 2025 where she would look like a normal, relaxed person. There are no normal, genuine emotions like happiness or laughing naturally or anything like that. Her face expression is always like that of a little girl who doesn’t really understand what’s going on around her.
It’s especially strange if you consider that in the recent past her public image was that of a self-confident “queen of pop”. I vaguely remember there was a scandal around the fact that she stole someone’s husband and everyone in the media was talking about how that’s such an immoral thing to do and she had this “whatever, I do what I want” attitude. And now it’s obvious that the “queen” is gone. Instead she’s like this confused innocent little princess. And it doesn’t look fake, like she’s doing a part or smth. It looks very real.
If you go on her Insta and scroll back to 2023 or the better part of 2024, the difference is striking.
There are also some recent photos of her wearing a tutu and what’s particularly weird about them is that the way the camera is positioned she looks really short in those photos, almost like a child.
And finally, the dynamic between her and the black co-star from the recent movie is weird. There is a video where Ariana is on the red carpet, and the black actress suddenly approaches her and starts fixing her hair like she is her mother or something. And it’s clearly intentional.
Bottom line, I can’t imagine her ever going back to normal from all that. It’s Britney Spears levels of creepiness.
I decided to watch one of her latest interviews and there are some interesting insights here I think.
First the guy asks her how making the movies affected her on a personal level (he says…”what has it done for you not as a performer, not professionally, but Ariana”). And she says “It’s done so much for Ariana” (2.00 - 2.05). While it’s true that the interviewer used her name in 3rd person (like they were talking about someone who’s not in the room), it’s still weird when a grown person talks about themselves like that.
At 5.40 she admits that concert tours “wear on her soul” because the artist on stage is not really her but rather “the caricaturized version” of her. I’m not sure if this this is something from the MK ultra vocabulary, but I found it interesting because I don’t think artists often admit that their public image is merely a caricature. And this is a very important addmission, if we think about it. Does she think her teen fans realize that the Ariana Grande that they love is a caricature? Do young women who want to copy her style and behavior realize that? I’m actually surprised that she chose such a fitting word here – because pop culture/music industry really does turn women into cartoon characters – overly sexualized, not motherly in any normal sense of the word, not grounded in reality. Marlyn Monroe was the ultimate caricature – a woman who is supposed to be a loving wife and mother turned into a sex doll. Big breasts, revealing dresses, clown make up on.
When she talks about going from doing tours to making this movie, she says “it’s nice to give a soul a break and to disappear into a different character”.
Now… I don’t know if maybe I’m overthinking it… but such wording doesn’t seem to be describing a healthy process. I mean she didn’t just say “play a different role” or “pretend to be someone else” or something like that. “Disappearing into a character” sounds dark to me.
She then goes on to reference a song that she loves and that she thinks explains how she feels about being able to disappear into a new character. The song is “Someone Else’s Clothes” by Jason Brown. I looked up the lyrics and… again, MAYBE I’m overthinking it, but in the context of this interview it’s all very strange:
I’m wearing someone else’s clothes
And looking better
I’m wearing someone else’s clothes
And feeling fine
I’m eating someone else’s lunch
And it’s delicious
I’m wishing someone else’s dreams
And it’s a sign!
I’m wearing someone else’s clothes
And looking better
I’m wearing someone else’s clothes
And feeling fine
I married someone else’s wife
And I’m ecstatic!
I’m living someone else’s life
So here, take mine!
@Alex Great thread. I noticed that once she did Wicked she got super skinny. She often looks frail and sickly now. I also just saw an interview where she was acting like you said — it was strange and also, “caricature”-like actually is a good description of how she was acting in the short clip I saw.
@Alex I’m no MK Ultra expert, but it seems like this could all be stemming from that? There’s an old Britney interview where she’s almost like switching into and out of a different personality, and I remember VC talking about that as likely MK ultra behavior. Maybe Ariana is in child-mode in her current state of mind.
Also, I was watching some interviews with ex-witches/Satanists the other day and they were talking about the demonic side of this stuff — stars who have sold their souls and how that affects them as a person with a mind and will and emotions. They are tormented by demons constantly, although on the outside it looks like they have the greatest life you could ever want.
I do think the movie had something to do with how she is now. The very first question the interviewer asked her was about how making this movie affected her and her reaction is kind of suspicious. Generally actresses expect these kind of questions and imeadiatelly go the most boring cliche answers… but she actually paused before answering and it looks like she got emotional but not in a good way.
This reminds me of how Cardi B once posted a voice message on her Twitter account where she was talking about how she didn’t want to do the drill songs anymore because they were “activating the demons”. She said she wanted to be “a good person” and a mom.
And her voice was so, so sad and she was obviously crying or barely holding back the tears. The tweet was very quickly removed but you can still find it on YouTube.
I don’t really doubt that Grande is yet another mk ultra victim. And the more I think about it, the more I feel like one of the reasons why these programs exist is because a lot of young singers would quit their careers very early on if they were not enslaved and manipulated.
Even if we take all the dark conspiratory stuff out of the picture… think about how truly degenerate modern music industry is. There is nothing honorable or good or dignified about it. It’s degenerate, perverted, vulgar and simply stupid. Ariana Grande’s entire life is singing these stupid repetetive songs and being objectified in front of the camera. She’s 32 and has no family, no friends, and no right to make any kind of long-term decisions about her life because the recording company literally owns her.
I really believe that if she could, she would escape this years ago. The industry is dehumanizing and very few people would stay in it if quitting would be an option. But she’s a slave and they use programming to make her last longer and be more compliant.
Same with Bieber. Same with Cardi B. I mean she literally said she doesn’t want to sing these songs anymore because they corrupt her soul (no wonder). Whitney Houston said in her Oprah interview she was done after “The bodyguard”, but the manager just told her she had to keep doing albums, tours, everything. And she had to abide.
i think right after that cardee said she has to watch what she says because she might get killed or she doesn’t want to get killed
I cant remember and I’m trying to find the clip
the way areeawna acted while talking about the mind erasure didn’t seem like acting
I agree if quitting was an option many would Happily do it
there has been how many so called “one hit artists”
maybe they all saw something that their Soul couldn’t agree with and they did run
@Alex Agree about them wanting to get out and would if they could/knew how. For a while you could see it with Justin Bieber. Kanye is another example. Then of course thinking about the celebs who have died suspiciously and wondering if they were trying to make their exit. When you look at someone like Britney Spears and how clearly sick and delusional she is, you have to wonder if she can even recognize anymore that she “wants out.” Awful. Jesus is the only way.
It made me very hopeful when I watched it because while it’s obvious he wants to but can’t speak openly about what the industry has done to him, he talks a lot about faith and it’s not the usual celebrity interview word salad: you can tell he is really trying to figure things out.
But then I realised the video is from 2020 and he’s life has not improved since. He is not free. They are not letting him go. Hard to tell what exactly is going on (does he have new contracts? Do they blackmail him?), but he’s not free.
