God gave us free-will to choose between good and evil, NOT to do as we please. We are supposed to be learning from our mistakes and striving for perfection (Matt. 5:48).
By doing things our own selfish, stupid way, instead of learning to do things THE RIGHT WAY, i.e. God’s Way, aka THE WAY (Matt. 7:13-14; John 14:6).
Why ask a question that you don’t really want answered?
The answer to the question for everyone on the planet is YOU.
Every single time any of us choose to do evil rather than good to our fellow man (neighbours) and to our natural surroundings, we are choosing to listen to THE DESTROYER, i.e. Satan, making Satan their king.
Revelation 9:11 And they had a king over them, [which is] the angel of the Bottomless Pit, whose name in Hebrew [is] Abaddon (Destroyer), but in Greek [his] name is Apollyon (Destroyer - Satan).
So who is Satan’s “right-hand man”? The leader of Roman Catholicism, who has the supreme audacity not only to call himself “Father” (like all of the priests do against Christ’s COMMAND - Matt. 23:9), but to call himself THE HOLY FATHER, a name reserved for God ALONE (1 Sam. 2:2; Matt. 19:17).
And who are Satan’s most ardent followers/worshippers? Those of his synagogue, i.e. those who call themselves Jew but are NOT.
And who else are among those who are destroying the Earth?
Everyone except for the 144,000, who are redeemed from the Earth (Rev. 7:4-9; Rev. 14:1-4).
That means ~ 99.998 % of the population is going to be destroyed for destroying the Earth.
So the ONLY sane, rational approach to your question for those hoping to survive, is to LEARN from God and His Holy Spirit what is right and wrong, and start DOING what is right according to Him.
No one else will survive.

For those who perhaps haven’t thoroughly thought this through:
We all know, or should know that this is a planet FULL of sinners, i.e. everyone here is a “sinner” (Ps. 53:1-3; Rom. 3:10-12) and the wages of sin are DEATH (Deut. 28:15-68; Ezek. 18:4; Rom. 6:23).
A “sinner” is someone who does evil, i.e. breaks God’s Law. That is how “sin” is defined in Scripture.
1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also The Law: for sin is the transgression of The Law.
So ALL of us are guilty of being “sons of the destroyer” (King of kings’ Bible - John 8:35-36, KJV John 8:44-45).
That means while there are some who are more responsible than others (Isa. 3:12), truth be told, if you’re looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.*

Just look at what we’ve done to this beautiful planet and to each other. And it’s still going on today. It’s totally insane. The fact that God will redeem any of us from this place after all the evil we have done (individually and collectively) is patience, mercy and long-suffering beyond our comprehension.

I’d expand that verse to include EVERYBODY on earth, but like I said before, some of us are more guilty than others..
