This topic has been mostly overlooked outside local news for decades. Red Bluff, California has been a hub for child sexual abuse, human trafficking, kidnapping, murder and Satanic ritual abuse for decades.
The city is tucked away in the secluded outskirts of Northern California, its goings-on seldom noticed elsewhere in the state or country. While a select handful of the most notorious, high-profile crimes have received some national attention and scrutiny (in the form of books, films, documentaries, news articles, and online sleuthing efforts), the criminal elements active in this city remain largely unimpeded, unaccountable, and untouched by the law. Without scrutiny and accountability coming from outside the city itself, all this unchecked depravity will carry on, as “business as usual.”
I’ve come across a great deal of evidence suggesting Red Bluff is a “Potemkin Village” of sorts, a covert hub for criminal activity of a particularly heinous character.
There is a widespread and long-standing allegation that the city is a hotbed for the trafficking of minors; this was acknowledged in 1987 by the Los Angeles Times, which described the town as “a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah.”

Further, the book “The New Satanists” by writer Linda Osborne Blood (published 1994) shed light on the 1989 case of Cynthia Angell, a Red Bluff attorney who was kidnapped and threatened by a Satanist hit-squad when she began investigating Michael Aquino, a now-deceased military officer and founder of the Satanist “Temple of Set,” after Red Bluff children identified him as their rapist (one of many such allegations toward Aquino around the country).

Meanwhile, it was alleged by Ted Gunderson, a now-deceased senior special agent of the FBI, that historic “Chinese” tunnels in downtown Red Bluff are being used for human trafficking.

(These tunnels are so-called due to a local rumor, which claims they were once used by a Chinese-American immigrant lodge for moving/using opium, or to flee the ethnic-cleansing campaign by Red Bluff’s so-called “Anti-Coolie League” in 1886.)

Red Bluff is widely reported to be one of the most violent, crime-laden cities in the state, and it is notorious in the North State for an unusual frequency of women and girls murdered, raped, gone missing, or dying under dubious circumstances. Californians living in neighboring counties, Butte and Shasta, have commented that they are afraid to go near this town, or speak to anyone who lives here because of the rampant crime, abundancy of meth, and the gruesome sex-crime scandals which have plagued the town for at least four decades.

"I wouldn’t say we live in a secluded town, but when my mother was in school her best friend got a job working for the Sheriff. She later came to school and told them that the sheriff had been molesting her.
She also began telling people about what they have been using the tunnels under the town for. The police supposedly, had been filming child pornography.
After that day she never made it home. She was found later naked, hog tied and shot in the back of the head. No one could prove it, and the sheriff had been suspected of many things but nothing ever came of it. They just announced that there was a man seen in a white van abducting people.
But her friends knew. Her family knows.
This is Red Bluff California btw. The tunnels were originally used by Chinese immigrants, they go through our Main Street and through Rio Street, they lead to houses and some businesses but they have been condemned. There are sensors down there though so if you get in the police are right there to get you out."

Koenig was Sheriff from 1974 to 1985, he died in 2009, apparently he and a lot of other LEO’s from the area that time were very corrupt. Just too bad he died before he could be brought to justice.”

When I started reading this I thought “wow, this is like RB” I was not surprised to read that it actually was. Rumor has it that if you needed a hitman at that time, the Sheriff’s Dept was the place to go.
The place is full of zombies and tweakers now, like many other small towns."

"Rashell Ward, 14, was abducted on her way to school and brutally murdered on March 3rd, 1983. It’s been 36 years that the person who killed her has gotten away with this horrible crime. Rashell was raped and killed, and her killer left her on the side of the road nearby her home in Red Bluff, CA.
This case is about as cold as I’ve ever seen one before. I can’t find any articles online about Rashell’s case, and the only reason I know about her murder at all is because her sister posted about it in a Facebook group about unsolved cases that I belong to. Possible articles related to Rashell’s murder came up on paid-for online newspaper record databases, but these articles are likely from right around the time she was murdered and nothing has been written about her since (I’m not quite ready to subscribe to the newspaper database site to see what the articles said, so I don’t know exactly what all the articles said). I did see a short snippet of only one article mentioning her as one of the 100s of victims that Henry Lee Lucas confessed to killing before he recanted, saying he only confessed to these killings to expose the gullibility of the police.
If anyone can find any more information to add about Rashell’s rape and murder please post it! This poor girl still has family members trying to speak up about her death, but it looks like the police, media, and the public have not been listening. Please try to raise awareness for this young girl’s case by commenting and adding any further information you find on her case while sleuthing."

One of the key aspects of the Isaac Kappy story is that he repeated allegations made by Sara Ruth Ashcraft (SRA) that she had been trafficked to Hollywood actor Tom Hanks by her father at the age of 13.

This coverage triggered the “Streisand Effect”, massively amplifying the allegations against Hanks.
Hanks played Forrest Gump. In one scene Forrest runs down Historic Route 66. In April 2019 Hanks tweeted “Historic Route 66. Roadkill? I hope not!” with a picture of a bottle cap with the letter P in it (Cap P). A month later Isaac Kappy was killed on the road on Historic Route 66 by a driver named Forrest.

Tom Hanks was the first celebrity diagnosed with COVID-19. They then announced that the vaccine for it would be made from his blood.
Hanks recently became a Greek citizen. His wife, Rita Wilson, is Greek – she was the producer of My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
Greece recognizes pedophilia as a disability, not a crime (disputed by Snopes). The country has a long history of pederasty which perhaps gives it some level of social acceptability there.
When typed into Russian search engine Yandex, the SRC-USA code combined with SKU numbers of over-priced furniture on Wayfair brought up pictures of young children. In my opinion this was an elaborate hoax designed to discredit real research done by the online community into #PedoGate.

Wayfair and Child Trafficking? The Rabbit Hole Goes Deep.
Apparently, “src usa” is some sort of code in the sick world of “child lovers”. With that being said, here’s a picture posted by Tom Hanks on Instagram in 2016.
A single glove with the letters SRC USA. The picture was clearly framed to place emphasis on these letters.
Last year, I posted an article on Isaac Kappy – the Hollywood actor who died in very bizarre circumstances after accusing a long list of celebrities of partaking in child abuse. One of these celebrities was Tom Hanks. The article states:
“For years now, Tom Hanks has been creeping people out with bizarre pictures of random single gloves, shoes or boots found on the ground, combined with strange captions. Many of the comments on these posts state that these pictures actually represent people who were killed or abducted by the occult elite.
About a month prior to Kappy’s death, Hanks (who was accused by Kappy of pedophilia) posted a picture of a glove on Route 66 (Kappy died on Route 66) with the caption: “Historic Route 66. Roadkill? I hope not! Hanx.”
Some interpret this post as a prediction of Isaac Kappy’s death (or murder).
Considering what was just discovered regarding “src usa”, the pictures posted by “Hanx” are creepier than ever.
While this Wayfair story is still mostly based on speculations, there’s something extremely real and verifiable that came out of this: There’s something wrong with Yandex. The letters “USA SRC” and its derivatives appear to be an actual code for child abusers. The fact that “Hanx” clearly pictured these words in one of his creepy pictures (that were already suspected of being linked to child trafficking) is simply mind-blowing.
All of this mess needs to be investigated a soon as possible because these companies and organizations are currently scrambling to scrub all traces of their network from the net.
