The elite protecting their own smh I highly believe he’ll get away with it, reminds me of the rapper XXXtentacion situation where he flew out a minor Jocelyn Flores (family was okay with it for some odd reason) and she apparently “killed” herself while on tour with him. Dude sacrificed her clearly. Then Bam he made a song about her

As more videos are coming out it does look more like her family was aware of her involvement with D4vd it also looks like they have different values so I hope that moving forward they take a moment to reflect on the choices that led to this.
The way they treated each other in front of small kids was very inappropriate.

D4vd has lawyered up.
With that said while many of these situations were vile almost all involved two adults and none involved kids. (Save for Weinstein maybe) also as far as we are aware none involved the death of a minor. So, if he thinks this attorney is going to save him I would say no.
However, it does mean that the LA PD and prosecutors need to up their game on this case as I think it exposes a toxic truth not just in Hollywood but in virtual spaces where it’s easy to lie about identity and more specifically age.
I think her family may be complicit but not necessarily trafficking rather they just let her do whatever because it’s online and they can “see” her. Yet the entire time she was being groomed by D4vd to the point she left home and sought him out because in her mind it was a big fantasy/game. She was gonna run off with him and be loved and live the life when it got scary… when he ignored her. When she wanted to go because she got bored, and he got mad well… things changed.
Her parents had so many chances to do better, her family had so many chances to do better. You see the videos and the little kids watching the violence in body language and talk and it may have been a one off but I doubt it. People who love and trust each other don’t run away. They may blow off steam but they don’t run away to the point parents contact the police.
The LAPD will be looking at all the factors in this case.
One last thing I want to note, her sister knew about her intimate encounters with D4vd. While they may not find sperm in her they def will be looking for dna. That will add a new charge.
