Does anyone know the name of this pose? I know I’ve seen Bono doing it, and many examples of others. This is Robbie Williams during his performance of the new FIFA world cup song (which as an aside, is absolutely terrible, as a FIFA song anyway)
A few years ago I would have looked at this moment and thought, he’s just doing a silly gesture, implying it’s cold or something, but now I am a lot more suspicious. They always seem to do these kinda symbols at really pivotal moments, like the camera comes right around him, is close up on him, and he does that, it’s too weird to just be random in my opinion.
The lyrics are also absolutely bizarre, “to the one’s we’ve lost, and the souls they’ve saved”!? Yeah that gets me in the mood to watch people kick a ball around.
