My recipe for a mixture that strengthens immunity in winter.
It is best to add the mixture to warm tea. I start drinking it in late autumn and finish at the beginning of spring.
(The proportion is at your discretion and depends on how many people)
Ingredients:
Ginger
Lemon
Cinnamon
Orange
Carnation
Honey
(If you like it and don’t mind the smell, you can add garlic and onion)
(Remember, it is best to scoop honey with a wooden spoon)
We need a screw-on container (preferably glass) into which we will throw all the chopped or grated ingredients.
We leave the container for 2 days, for example in the kitchen, and mix everything from time to time.
After 2 days, put the dish in the fridge and keep it there.
Every day/every two days add one spoon to warm tea. (Remember to scoop with a wooden spoon).
Remember, the mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to half a year, it will not spoil or get moldy, etc.
