The judge gave Mr Burke an opportunity to purge his contempt and give an undertaking not to trespass on the grounds of the school.
Mr Burke told Mr Justice Cregan that it was “very important” that his position was clear and that he did not accept that he was in contempt of court.
Mr Burke contends that he is in prison for his religious beliefs relating to transgenderism.
I’m Irish and this story was originally great for drawing attention to the clown world we find ourselves in, but I think the consensus now, even on the right or people that were more accepting of Burkes position, is that he should let it go at this stage.
I know from the outside that may sound weak, and he should be encouraged to stand his ground, but for whatever reason wrong or right he’s been ordered to stop going near this school. His point has been proven that it’s an injustice, but he can’t do anything more now, and it’s just dragging out something that in the court of public opinion, he pretty much already won.
Yes you’ll get the same extreme lefties who think he wants to stone the gays or whatever, they’re going to think this nomatter what, this dragging out just gives them more fuel to paint him as a mad man.

It’s understood that you’re trying to be protective of him, to see that he doesn’t continue to suffer at the hands of a corrupt legal system. But the point he is making is not only valid, but it is exposing how utterly corrupt the Irish government is, how utterly corrupt the Irish “judges” and courts are, and how they have utterly corrupted the educational system with their abominable filth.
This is a very simple matter: there are only two genders, and it is against The Law that our Creator gave us for one gender to dress up like the other, much less mutilate one’s body to pretend to be the other gender.
It should likewise be self-evident that teachings these things to children is likewise a criminal act. So everyone involved in that process – the politicians, the so-called judges, the teachers and educational system administrators, etc., down to the misguided political activists who advocate the queer agenda – are the actual criminals, when this issue is seen correctly.
Enoch Burke ignoring their alleged authority in the only way available to him (going near the school that wrongfully terminated his employment over a made-up rule that itself is unlawful) is the only way he can bring this issue to the forefront of people’s minds. If enough people were to say “enough is enough”, all of this could end, with the corrupt judge taking Enoch Burke’s place in jail, at least until he could be tried for treason.
This matter explained in a way that is hopefully easy enough for everyone to understand:
There is only ONE Law on this planet that everyone needs to keep, obey, enforce and administrate: The Law given to us by our Creator, found in the first five books of the Bible, namely: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.
In The Law, it plainly states the following:
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His [Own] image, in the Image of God created He him; male and female created He them.
Leviticus 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it [homosexuality] [is] abomination.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall SURELY be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.
Deuteronomy 22:5 The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for ALL that do so [are] abomination unto the “I AM” thy God.
It should be self-evident from the above verses that humans have two – and ONLY two genders – and those genders are natural/biological, and remain the same from birth to death.
It should be equally obvious that anyone who pretends to be the other gender, or pretends there are more than two genders, or pretends they have the alleged right to add to or take away from our Creator’s PERFECT Law (Deut. 4:2; Deut. 12:8, Deut. 12:32; Deut. 17:11-13), or adjudicate any matter in deference to our Creator’s Law, is guilty of committing a capital crime, and should be lawfully executed.
THAT is the ONLY Way this madness ends, and people stop abusing children by filling their minds with this filth, encouraging them to mutilate their bodies, and in doing so break The Law.
Further, even if someone were to mistakenly believe that Brian Cregan didn’t know what he was doing when he made his ruling, the mantra “ignorance of The Law is no excuse for breaking it” applies to everyone equally with God’s Law, as it doesn’t require a monopoly industry of alleged experts (attorneys/barristers) to interpret millions of made-up rules written in legalese, to facilitate endless arguing.
Brian Cregan took an oath to become an Irish justice.

May God direct and sustain me."
The Irish Constitution also states the following about holding God’s Name in reverence, and guaranteeing every citizen the freedom of conscience, the latter of which (conscience) is God guiding us to DO His Will in the moment.
ARTICLE 44
1 The State acknowledges that the homage of public worship is due to Almighty God. It shall hold His Name in reverence, and shall respect and honour religion.
2 1° Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.
If any judge/justice rules in a manner that violates the freedom of conscience of another, they very obviously are not holding God or His Name in reverence, and thus have broken their oath of office.
Any judge/justice that breaks their oath of office is no longer a judge with immediate effect. This quite clearly means that ANY so-called ruling or decision they make after breaking their oath is ultra vires, i.e. they no longer have the legal authority to make any decisions as a judge/justice, and are thus impersonating a judge/justice which, even according to their own rules [see: Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act, 2001, Section 26] is a very serious crime, punishable by imprisonment up to ten years, and/or a fine.

So Brian Cregan is no longer a justice, nor was a justice when he sentenced Enoch Burke, and should take Burke’s place in jail, awaiting due process.
It’s no longer exposing corrupt judges or legal system, the school can put out an order to keep someone off their grounds whether it’s legitimate or not.
Burke is within his right to consistently and relentlessly pursue the reason for that order and how it’s unjustified, go through appeals until infinity, but continually trying to show up on grounds where you are not legally permitted to be, is not proving anything. The courts and police are not being corrupt by carrying out a legal request by the school which is permitted, whether the reason behind their actions are unjust.
He’s proven the school is ridiculous, he isn’t proving anything about the entire system though. It would be like me being dismissed from my job for unjust reasons, a dispute between me and the employer, and I can then go down legal routes for compensation etc
However I can’t just keep trying to show up to work, after being repeatedly informed I was not welcome, and then going to the extent of an order to stop me showing up on their grounds when I literally don’t have a desk or anything, a log in, I mean it’s just stupid at that point.
I am aware of the importance of the issue at hand but the point is he’s no longer proving anything, legally they can remove people from their grounds or stop them from entering, for whatever reason they want (him being dismissed is another thing entirely which falls under employment law and that’s the only thing he can focus on).
Many things in this world have UNLAWFULLY been made “legal”.
We have “legalized” theft in the form of taxes.
We have “legalized” injustice in the form of kangaroo corporate fictional courts.
We have “legalized” the enforcement of unjust policies instead of enforcing The Law.
We have “legalized” murder in the form of war, sanctioned by corporate fictional governments.
There is no end to what mankind believes he can legalize, to make what is good, just and right seem to be evil, unjust and wrong, and vise versa. We have UNLAWFULLY made up MILLIONS of rules, etc., NONE of which are positive law nor binding upon anyone, except those who foolishly accept those satanic rules.

People MUST stop attempting to punish those striving to keep The Law that God gave us, and start punishing the LAW-BREAKERS (i.e. CRIMINALS) who sit in judge’s seats and in the halls of government (including the Dáil) and administer fraudulent and unlawful legislation.
I like the tough Irish, they’re one of the few countries in the world we English could never conquer, and I wish some of the Irish girl street dancers in youtube would come and dance in our English streets, because all we’ve got over here are poncey morris men…
But having said that, i’ll never understand why the Irish voted for gay Ptime Minister Leo Varadkar, here he is leading a gay parade waving to the camera-
This is exactly the same problem.
All of the unnatural, perverse behaviour is called an abomination because that’s exactly what it is (Lev. 18:22; 20:13). No one is even supposed to dress like the other gender (Deut. 22:5) much less become a homosexual or poison and mutilate one’s body to pretend to be the other gender.
I am Irish, and there are a lot of soy boy bugmen here, and to be Taoiseach it’s not quite as simple as needing the majority of Irish people’s votes, its deliberate obfuscation like many European countries too (which is how such incredibly warped shenanigans can happen like in France, Germany, Netherlands even after the votes are counted).
Even though there are enough weak men, let’s say 20%, there’s still plenty of strong free thinkers. Because of innate need for keeping a community together, most people do not like to disrupt, so it’s using our friendly nature against us.
It will only last so long though.
