well millionaires aren’t elites in the sense of having access to exotic alien tech. millionaires are a dime a dozen these days. that exotic alien stuff is only reserved for john doe style career military special access/secret projects guys. who have proven their resistance to leaking. I don’t even think politicians get to see this stuff. IF it exists, it’s an ace in some military guy’s hand, there for when they have no other options, whatever purpose it could serve them.
