Hi everyone, I’m Amanda and very excited that the Vigilant Citizen forum is back! I had originally joined in March of 2020 right before the plan-demic really hit and I was so disheartened when the forums disappeared. There was rabbit hole after rabbit hole discovered through the posts and I am pleased to say I’m more informed because of all the research I did on my own after exploring all the posts. Glad to be back!

Hello everyone, I have already introduced myself here but just want to say that I’m glad that VC forum is finally back and we all will be able to discuss various topics again here and share our thoughts here on VC forum again. Not expected that VC forum would suddenly disappear and it would take 9 months for VC forum to come back. But still I’m glad that VC forum is back. I hope by GOD’s Grace you all have been happy, smiling, blessed, safe and sound in these past 9 months and I hope we all will have a good experience here again like on the old forum. Thanks VC for starting this new forum.

Me too! I think a lot of the older members moved on as the discussions (as well as the obsession with them) was getting redundant (like it served its purpose) didn’t seem to be a point in lingering there anymore but it did eventually become sort of like an archive for newer fans wanting to know the truth which was cool

There were so many bits and old YouTube videos and various reference that are all gone.. eventually the discussion became repetitive indeed and the more they became “americanized” and lost any of their unique sound the more I grew distant and lost the will to follow or discuss them all together. It was interesting though to follow the thread and see new people all the time, I am sure that huge thread of 5000 pages was serving it’s purpose for a lot of people, many probably never commented but were reading along

Hi there I’m Heather and I’m a single mum of 4 children ages 14 to 25 and we live in Scotland. I was introduced to your work listening to Mark Devlin 4 years ago and I have been grateful of your content ever since. Since convid I’ve been trying to get my children to see life through a different lens and we have had many an interesting conversation about some of the artists they used to like and whom you have covered. Pretty much the same. I was lurking on the VC site when that happened, and then on the K-pop thread for months before eventually joining too. I ended up being a member for years (though not super active). I was living in Japan at the time, and one of my good friends lived in Korea. She got to attend one of Jonghyun’s last Inspired concerts just a week before his death, and I had pre-ordered tickets to SHINee’s Japan tour in 2018. I was almost sure they’d cancel it after what happened, but of course they didn’t, so I went. Not gonna lie, I still listen to K-pop sometimes, but I’m trying to limit it and hopefully quit at some point. I miss Jonghyun—he had something special, a different vibe in such an oversaturated, fake industry.

Greetings from the United States. I lurked the old forums for years and am pleased to see them reincarnated as an OG VC reader. I found VC on a now-defunct V2 board. The first article that I remember making a great impression on me was on the symbolism surrounding the late Princess Diana. Indeed, I remember when all of that actually happened.
Reading VC, watching They Live for the first time, and reading Cathy O’Brien’s book The TRANCEformation of America all profoundly impacted me.
I’ve deepened my interest over the years by reading many ‘crazy’ books, listening to/reading the testimonials of former MC’d and SRA survivors, and delving into investigations of timeline manipulation. I also grew up in a Masonic family and inherited my granddad’s 32nd Degree ring when he passed away. So… I’m not afraid to get WEIRD. I’ve been weird my whole life and am pleased to be here again.
