It is usually transliterated into English as “I Am That I Am”. This is a little bit incomplete. A better and more idiomatic translation would be “I Am He Who Causes Existence”.
So before you go gung-ho on tossing “Yahweh worship” out of your theology in what appears to me to be a very incomplete theological understanding - far be it from me to suggest this is your dogwhistle for “purge Christianity of Jewish influence” - make sure you know what you are doing.

Tikkun olam means “repairing the world”. It is a duty of every observant Jew, and it is not particularly connected to what you describe, which is instead called maschiach as a concept in Hebrew - literally the root word for your own word “messiah”.
If your argument is going to be that Jews somehow “stole” the concept of the messiah - well, maybe! But certainly not from Christians. That one does predate you guys, but it predates Jews too. Permit me to be just a bit snarky here on the problems with finding the true historical origin of modern Western messianic myth in classical theology.

It’s much more likely, and you can check Thomas Römer and Shelomo Dov Goitein for that, that it stems from the semitic root hwy, which can mean three things: most likely “to blow” and “to fall” (like the wind), both referring to the wind, which makes sense because Yahweh was a storm god of the Arabian desert. A third meaning is “desire”.
So, if anyone has to brush up on their theological and academic understanding of Yahweh or Judaism in general, I could think of someone else.
The Rabbis allegedly “inventing” universal restoration “tikkun olam”, was in reference to frashokereti and apocatastasis, not the messiah. Although, it’s an interesting point. The 2nd temple Israelites might have taken the mashiach concept from the Persians as well, come to think of it.

And the other is that of the Roman Empire itself. in particular I heard Jesus described by a young scion of the RockefeIIers as “an ignorant man defying Roman authority”. And it’s curious to me because as conventional wisdom goes, the Roman Empire does not exist anymore.
I knew a Protestant pastor and truther who was a brave, fearless man and had done research on this kind of thing for a decade or more himself - his assertion was that the Roman Empire simply morphed into the Vаtican of today, and was a fundamental headquarters of the modern syndicate of Satan and its evils.

You seem very unclear on how tikkun olam is actually practiced, at least among the observant and non-Mаsonic Jews I know.
“Universal restoration” is not how I would translate it. The literal translation is simply “repairing the world”. It’s not meant to be some gaudy thing to parade before others. Especially in a more Reform tradition, it’s meant to be a deeply personal connection between each person of Jewish faith and what actions that person believes are necessary to repair a deeply violent, hate-filled, and troubled world.
One might describe it in relation as well to Hillel’s commentary on the truest Law (Torah), which is a formulation of the Golden Rule:
“That which is hateful to you, do not do to your neighbor. That is the Law; the rest is simply commentary. Now, go and learn.”
