Just curious but has anyone noticed something strange after the Charlie Kirk assassination when people who had never even touched a Bible suddenly had the urge to turn towards Christianity? There are countless accounts of people who had never gone to church in years suddenly going.
I had my own personal experience where a guy I was dating who was far from religion suddenly had the urge to purchase a Bible and then he quickly converted, and became almost extremist in his views before even reading the Bible past Genesis! He started watching apologetics like David Wood and Sam Shamoun, started claiming any other religion outside pure Christianity is demonic and satanic. Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, and even denominations of Christianity were all satanic to him.
He started to say that the Holy Spirit is telling him to do things and spread the truth. He became obsessed with it.
What I’m curious about is the fact that there are some indications that the Charlie Kirk murder was a ritual sacrifice to spread this revivalism? Which is confusing to me because it seems counterproductive to the evil going on in the world…but then there’s the strange “Trump is anointed by Jesus” debacle and the US military pushing a religious agenda on our soldiers. Is this all some strange manipulation that is being used to usher in the end times? I just can’t connect the dots yet but I can see the correlation and the strangeness.
I ended up having to break it off with the guy I was dating btw. He became so obsessive that any question against Christianity led to a defensive argument. There was no reason in him any longer.
